The detention time is computed and started from the appointment time that is specific to the customer. Pay is based on your accurate entry of all Macros (Arrival, Departure, etc.).
Example: Driver arrives at customer at 0500 hours. Appt time is 0700 hours. Customer loads trailer at 1030 hours. If the driver has sent all required /accurate Macros, the driver would be compensated $15.00 in their next paycheck that would pay that trip.     |
